Flow Foundations

A mindful and slow paced vinyasa sequence that synchronizes breath with movement. This class will breakdown basic poses and demonstrate the proper alignment, perfect for beginners or those who are looking to fine tune their physical practice.

Mondays 8pm-9.15pm at Union Station Yoga


Restorative Yoga

A restorative class offering poses which are passive, designed to calm the nervous system and rest the adrenal glands, enabling the body to move towards balance and peace. You will hold poses for 5 minutes or more and use lots of props to support your body's relaxation. This is the perfect class to de-stress at the end of the day.
